Luray Cavern is a historic cavern that was discovered in 1878. The cavern system is one of the most beautiful in the east coast, and is adorned with many unique natural structures such as columns, mud flows, stalactites, stalagmites, flowstone, and mirrored pools. The cavern is unique for its stalactite organ that can play musical tunes generated from the sound of vibrating stalactites nearby.
